| PolyPiping(r) Recommended Application: Multilayer pipe is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature. PolyPiping(r) multilayer composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for PolyPiping(r) multilayer pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements: Plumbing System; Underfloor Heating System; Radiator Heating System; Gas System; Snowmelting System and Fire Protection System. |
| Overlapped welded PolyPiping(r) multilayer pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between inner layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic. Butt welded PolyPiping(r) multilayer pipe is moulding with several steps that is argon-arc welding style. |

| PolyPiping(r) Recommended Application: As non-corrosive materials, plastics offer obvious advantages compared with metal pipes. Leakage in the systems due to corroded pipes is avoided. This is a specific concern today when water quality is not always appropriate for metal pipes, e.g. low PH value. Most plastic systems for hot and cold applications are designed to have a maintenance-free lifetime of at least 50 years. | PolyPiping(r) Recommended Application: The PP-R Composite Pipe (PPR-AL-PPR/PEX/PE/PERT; PPR-Fiber-PPR; PPR-Stabi-PPR) is five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and common PPR pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature, which usually used for hot and cold potable water system; central air conditioning; warming by radiator, underfloor heating system; solar energy piping system; compress air piping system. |

| There are currently three methods for producing PEX Piping, the “Engle” or “Peroxide” (PEX-A) method, the “Silane” (PEX-B) method, and the “E-beam” (PEX-C) method, which our company cannot provide now . All three processes produce piping that exceed the minimum requirements of ASTM F 876 and are acceptable for potable water distribution applications. All PEX that has been tested and certified for potable applications carries the mark(s) of nationally recognized third-party certification agencies such as CE, ISO9001 or ISO14001. (Plan to get the Certification with our partner together: NSF, IAPMO, ICBO-ES, Warnock Hersey or UL) |
